Dropped my car off two days ago and the front office called and notified me that it was done. I had never been to this shop before, but I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. The last shop I went to put on an aftermarket bumper which had very different features of the original part. The one that Chesapeake Collision put on was straight from the manufacturer. The paint quality was good along with the fitting.
I'd like to mention that I only had to pay my deductible which was a reasonable price compared to the estimate, but for the quality of work that is done I would say that it is worth it.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Very friendly, informative, professional and incredibly efficient! My car was taken here after a small fender bender and I was promised it’s return in a week’s time. I needed my vehicle back for a business trip and I actually received in in less than a week! Ms. Tonya Fowler and Mr. Kris Prediger were absolutely delightful and kept me apprised of any and all procedural notifications and updates pertaining to my vehicle. Ms. Tonya was even kind enough to assist me with services for my vehicle outside of the collision center. I will most certainly be doing business with them in the future!! 15 OUT OF 10 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!☺ God bless you Tonya and Kris!!
Excellent! I have used this company many times over the years but recently had to use them twice in a 3 week period (Major hail damage on one car and paint damage from a sunroof exploding on another). Always quality repair and on top of that GREAT customer service, which I find hard to come by these days. Tanya really knows how to take care of the customer and is always so cheerful, smiling and on top of her game (even in sticky situations) and on top of it all ... knows her stuff! After having to deal with Mazda and their horrible customer service over the past 5 months when my daughters sunroof exploded on her brand new car it was refreshing to see that the customer can be treated with respect and a smile and get quality work on top of it all. Thanks Chesapeake Collision - you are very much appreciated!
