My car and I love this place. Under new management, you get great service.
Strike 3 and shame on me. The first time I went there the mirror on my car came off. The manager raced out to tell me it wasn’t their fault and it was my problem.... she was right the mirror was loose but the attitude was terrible. The platinum car wash was even worse. $30 for a $3 gas station drive through. Next time I will get the gas .....
I will never go there again. I will drive to Annapolis or edgewater.
The three times I have gone it has not been busy. Never more than 2 cars however they can’t get you out of there fast enough. It is the laziest, sloppiest car wash I have ever been to. No attention to detail, zero effort, absolute bare bones work. I wish there was a kid in my neighborhood I could pay instead.

I asked today if they could give a little extra attention to our interior during the “platinum’ wash. Sure they said, for another $20 they will run a towel over the doors.... they don’t even wipe down all the surfaces!
I was there today and the service was offer. I payed for the $40.00 car wash thinking I was going to receive good service but instead very bad service. I had to come home and clean my car again myself ask the manager if she could have them clean the trunk she told me that's not part of the service. I never have them problems if I was to go up the road it cost less and I would receive better service. That was my first and last time going there and I will tell people not to go to Auto Spa in Huntingtown.
Disappointing recently. Noticed a distinct difference in how well they clean from car to car. I was standing on the side watching them clean a gentleman's car who was standing next to me. They were giving his truck the red carpet treatment so I asked what wash he got - he had the same as I purchased. But when they got to my car, different story. No idea why, but I got the message.
Editing my initial review. This place has gotten very sloppy with their interior cleaning. I constantly have to ask for something to be fixed. I get that they have a satisfaction guarantee but honestly it's not worth it when you are never satisfied with the work. I give up on this place. The Gambrills location has better employees and workers so if you're up that way don't hesitate to stop there. For being in Calvert, Wash Haus in Edgewater is worth the drive and is always almost $10 cheaper for a better overall clean both exterior and interior.
