If you are using Glover to pump your septic, they do a fine job. If you are needing any work done on your system, be very cautious. They sent someone who they referred to as "their technician". "Their technician" was a subcontractor who was not a paid employee of Glover, and he completely mis-diagnosed our drainfield issues; lied about unearthing our distribution box when he didn't; and bullied my wife when she balked at the cost he quoted for installing a new and unnecessary drainfield. We eventually paid him to leave our property; but had a nice hole we had to back fill.
I was Very pleased with there customer service. Even though they were not able to provide service for my septic system. They were on track with their phone call service to the home to inform us that they were on there way. It nice to get the following week when we called not a month out.
