A dependable, professional plumber is difficult to find. If you need the job done right the first time, call Joe. ESPECIALLY if you don't have a cookie cutter situation. I own two 100+ year-old buildings in Dupont; my home and a 4-unit row house. Joe has solved a number of difficult problems for me over the last 15 years.
